The National Security Institute, the Transformative Cyber Innovation Lab at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and the Scalia Law School’s Law and Economics Center are hosting a program focused on addressing the threats posed to U.S. national security (and the American economy) by nation-states that are manipulating the U.S. judicial system and, in particular, the U.S. bankruptcy system.
