New Advisory Board Members
Arlington, VA – The National Security Institute (NSI) is honored to announce two prominent additions to its Advisory Board. NSI’s Advisory Board supports the Institute’s educational mission and advances NSI’s goal to be a leading bipartisan voice on critical national security, foreign policy, and emerging technology issues facing our nation.
- Sean Joyce – Former Deputy Director, Federal Bureau of Investigations
- Dawn Meyerriecks – Former Deputy Director for Science and Technology, Central Intelligence Agency
New Class of NSI Visiting Fellows
NSI also added to its roster of Visiting Fellows. These experts make vital contributions to NSI, as well as provide expertise to the broader national security community through their research, scholarship, and public engagement.

New Members of the CTC Cyber and Tech Security Council
NSI’s Cyber and Tech Center (CTC) also welcomed new members to its Cyber and Tech Security Council. Composed of Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and senior security leaders from some of the nation’s largest organizations, the Council supports NSI CTC’s mission to develop concrete, actionable solutions to the most pressing cyber and technology challenges facing the United States.
Both new Council members have also joined the CTC as Fellows. These experts make vital contributions to support NSI CTC’s efforts to promote American leadership in technology innovation and engage with policymakers on critical issues at the intersection of technology and national security and the broader cyber and tech policy through their research, scholarship, and public engagement.
