Devlin currently serves as the Program Assistant for the National Security Institute. In this role, Devlin manages the Executive Director’s schedule and supports the NSI Staff in all necessary administrative capacities. Prior to his current role, Devlin was a Research Assistant at NSI assisting NSI staff by researching, editing, and writing for podcasts, panel discussions, policy papers, and other NSI products. Prior to joining NSI, Devlin worked as an intern for Senator Barrasso’s Office logging constituent concerns, researching legislation, preparing materials for hearings and business meetings, as well as leading Capitol tours for Wyomingites.
Devlin is from Portland, Oregon. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Political Science. He also holds a Master’s in International Security with a concentration in intelligence from George Mason University. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing strategy games, and working out.
