Keelin Coltrane Wolfe

Keelin Coltrane Wolfe currently serves as the Policy Coordinator at the National Security Institute (NSI) at George Mason University. In this role, she leads programmatic efforts for NSI’s Cyber and Technology Center (CTC), supporting initiatives on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technology policy. She also leads NSI’s wargaming initiatives, designing and executing crisis simulations that test the role of AI in strategic decision-making. Keelin manages NSI’s institutional communications, including social media, digital outreach, and press coordination, and produces CTC’s flagship podcast, CTRL+F, which explores the intersection of national security, emerging tech, and democratic values, and NSI’s podcast Coffee and Conflict.

Prior to joining NSI, Keelin served as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in Fairbanks, Alaska, where she led community outreach efforts at the Fairbanks Children’s Museum. Her work focused on engaging children from at-risk communities, military families, and Alaska Native populations. She also completed internships with organizations including the German Marshall Fund of the United States and Rise to Peace.

Originally from Staunton, Virginia, Keelin holds a master’s degree in International Conflict Studies from King’s College London and an honors degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. In her free time, she enjoys throwing pottery and running her small pottery company, Callison Mill Pottery, tending to her plant collection, and reading fiction.
