As a Modern Workplace Specialist for the Department of Defense at Microsoft Ayanna M. Dawkins, specializes as a trusted advisor in digital organizational modernization of a 1.4 million user portfolio through innovative, cloud-based productivity, collaboration, cybersecurity, compliance and goverance, and data analytics platforms. She is also a Co-Founder of a newly founded 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, Diplomatic Perspective, geared towards equipping the next generation of diverse diplomatic leaders through increased education, experiences, and social capital building bridges in our interconnected world. Ayanna graduated Magna Cum Laude from the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with a B.S. in Economics. Currently, she is pursuing a M.A. in International Relations with a concentration in Global Security at American University. Additionally, Ayanna serves as a board member for a Microsoft Employee’s Resource Group, Council Member at the Eagle Endowment at AU, and as a Member of the Brookings Institution Society. Ayanna is dedicated to giving back and positively impacting the global community.
