Charles “Chuck” G. Yarbrough, Jr.

Chuck Yarbrough is the lead vulnerability coordination implementation researcher for the Department of Defense’s Vulnerability Disclosure Program. As an employee of Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute, he advises the DoD on the design, implementation, and policy aspects of the program. Previously Chuck advised the DoD-Defense Industrial Base Information Collaboration Environment (DCISE) and worked for the FBI and DHS. He graduated from Wingate University (NC), Louisiana State University, and completed his PhD program at the University of Pittsburgh. He is married, has two children and lives in Maryland.
