Christopher Hale is Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for Cyber and National Security at Cisco, where he leads the legal team that advises on cyber and national security-related law and policy matters. He joined Cisco from Raytheon Technologies and previously held roles at Microsoft, the Department of Justice’s National Security Division, and the Treasury Department’s Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence.   Mr. Hale is Fellow of Information Privacy with the International Association of Privacy Professionals and a Certified Information Security Systems Professional. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and previously was a Fulbright Research Fellow in South Korea.
