Courtney Reinhard

Courtney Reinhard is a Vice President of Federal Government Relations in the wireless industry where she advocates on communications-related issues before the U.S. Congress.  Prior to joining the private sector, Ms. Reinhard spent a number of years at the FCC, where she served as the Wireless Legal Advisor to Commissioner Ajit V. Pai and later as the Chief of Staff and Senior Legal Advisor to Commissioner Mike O’Rielly.  Before the FCC, she spent fifteen years in various positions on Capitol Hill.  She served in the offices of Congressman Brian Bilbray (R-CA), Congressman Gary Miller (R-CA), and Congressman John Shimkus (R-IL).  She served as an advisor on Commerce, Science and Transportation issues for Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC).  She also served as a Telecommunications & Technology Counsel for the House Energy and Commerce Committee and as a Counsel and Budget Analyst for the House Budget Committee.  Ms. Reinhard earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and her J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School.
