Cyberspace is one of the newest frontiers of society—it provides many opportunities and vulnerabilities for states in the modern system. Steven Kelly will explain how US government agencies shore up these vulnerabilities, their distinct mission and tasks, and how recent administrations have grappled with the policy challenges of cyberspace as a national security issue, and Jamil N. Jaffer, NSI Founder and Executive Director, will address the legal implications of cyber security issues.

Refreshments will be served.
