David J. Feder

David J. Feder is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Jones Day.  He previously served as a law clerk to Neil M. Gorsuch on the Supreme Court of the United States and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  He graduated summa cum laude from Harvard Law School, receiving the Fay Diploma for graduating first in his class, as well as the Project on the Foundations of Private Law and Irving Oberman Family Law prizes.  His scholarly writing has been cited in the Stanford Law Review and Harvard Law Review, among other places.
