Jack Chi is currently a Software Engineer at Yelp. He has engineering experience in both startups and large companies in the field of IoT and Big Data. After earning a degree in Computer Science from Rice University, he spent 2 years researching the security of machine learners at UC Berkeley. Jack serves on the Board for the Taiwanese American Professional in Silicon Valley. He will join the National Security Institute Technologist Fellowship from San Francisco where he is actively coding in Python and giving talks in the local Toastmasters International chapter. Jack is looking forward to continuing the important conversation of bridging the gap between policymakers and technologists.
