Jennifer Valentine is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon Web Services. Prior to AWS, Jennifer was the Security Specialist Lead at Jamf and was responsible for driving a whole product experience that helped customers find success with the Apple platform. She served as a subject matter expert in various security-related product offerings and operations and used this expertise to analyze and improve operational strategies.

Before working at Jamf, Jennifer served as General (Ret) Alexander’s Chief of Staff, responsible for driving execution of the company’s strategic goals. In addition, she supported General (Ret) Alexander’s position on the Commission for Enhancing National Cybersecurity and jointly published Clear Thinking About Protecting the Nation in the Cyber Domain, The Cyber Defense Review.

Jennifer served in the U.S. Air Force as a defense analyst and staff member of U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency.
