John serves as Parsons’ Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, leading the global Office of General Counsel, which is responsible for the company’s legal and regulatory matters, including contracts, ethics and compliance, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, and insurance. He brings more than 25 years of experience in government and commercial contracting, corporate governance, government relations, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and international business to the position. He previously served in senior roles with Maximus, GE Aerospace, and Raytheon Technologies, as a lawyer in private practice, and in government with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
