A Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations since 1982, Jon Stivers is a key player in the development of policy, processes, and technologies to improve the conduct and management of critical infrastructure protection, criminal investigations, and counterintelligence operations of the Department of Defense and the U.S. Government.  He currently serves as the Special Projects Executive for the DoD Cyber Crime Center where he is responsible for transitioning DoD advanced research and technology programs to operational investigative and analysis capabilities supporting sensitive DoD counterintelligence and cyber missions.
