Mrs. Kelly Repair is currently a Senior Director for Government Relations at Airbus Americas, Inc., where she leads Congressional engagement for the U.S. Space and Defense and U.S. Helicopter divisions.
Prior to joining Airbus Americas, she served as the General Counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and as the Lead Professional Staff Member for the Tactical Air and Land Forces Subcommittee of the Committee on Armed Services in the House of Representatives.
Before working in the House of Representatives, Kelly served 16 years on active duty as a Judge Advocate and Legislative Affairs Officer in the United States Marine Corps, of which she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2024.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Virginia Tech in 2003, and her law degree from Washington and Lee University’s School of Law in 2006. She also attended Command and Staff College at the Marine Corps University, earning a Masters of Science in Military Strategic Studies.
