Kirsten Davies is a globally experienced leader of technology and cyber risk, enterprise transformation, critical infrastructure security, AI and digital innovation. With a wealth of experience across multiple industries, continents, and five Global and Fortune 250 companies, Kirsten has served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Unilever and The Estee Lauder Companies, Managing Directory, and Corporate Security Officer for Barclays Africa Group (now ABSA), and as global Deputy CISO for both Hewlett Packard Enterprises and Siemens. Previous roles found her in leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Australia.
Kirsten’s academic background includes International Politics & Government (B.A.) and M.A. courses in International Law, Business, and Human Rights (Johns Hopkins University/International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France).
As a passionate advocate for several non-profits and women’s initiatives around the world, Kirsten supports the A21 Campaign, NURU, the NOMI Network, Women in Technology, and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. She is also a collector of fine wines and rescue dogs.
