Marc Raimondi is Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman and founder of the Silverado Policy Accelerator, a bipartisan, Washington, DC-based geopolitical think tank focused on national defense, disruptive technology, international trade policy, and energy security. He is also the founder of LexStrat, LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing in government relations, communications, and international affairs in the national security, public safety, legal, and technology sectors. Marc also serves as co-organizer of the annual Munich and Paris Cyber Summits securing U.S. based speakers for both major conferences.

Prior to joining Silverado, Marc spent over seven years at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he led national security communications and corporate outreach worldwide, serving at times as Director and Deputy Director of Public Affairs. He directed strategic communications in response to high-profile issues including terrorism, cyberattacks, espionage, mass shootings, classified leaks, and other major national security incidents.

From late 2016 to mid-2018, Marc was detailed to the White House’s National Security Council as Director of Strategic Communications, advising the senior-most national security officials across the intelligence, cyber, aviation, and counterterrorism portfolios.

Mid-career, Marc spent seven years in the private sector as corporate Director of Communications within the Global Government Relations Office at L3Harris Technologies. Earlier, he held senior communications roles across the federal government, including serving as Press Secretary at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Deputy Press Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Chief of Public Affairs for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command, among other Department of the Army positions.

Marc is a fellow at the George Mason University National Security Institute (NSI), the former Chair of the Aerospace Industries of America (AIA) Communications Council and began his public service as an active-duty U.S. Army infantryman.
