Nicole Washington is a senior executive and entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in strategic planning, systems design and implementation, and programming for public, private, and government technology industries. She started her management consulting career with Ernst & Young, LLP, and has spent time in the US Intelligence Community as the Chief Transformation Officer for Research.

Nicole is the founder of two companies: Boralogix, Inc., a technology consulting firm, and Nicole’s Naturals Inc., a gluten-free food manufacturing company. Nicole has spent over a decade as a member of the Ohio Tech Angel Fund, one of the largest Angel Investing Funds in the country, where she has been an avid and effective due diligence team member.

Nicole currently leads management consulting for Defense, Intel & Space  Business Unit at CGI Federal. She also serves on non-profit boards, including the Angel Capital Association – the largest national organization for angel investors and George Mason University’s Entrepreneurship, Innovation, & Economic Development Advisory Board.
