NSI Cyber and Tech Center Launches New Podcast – CTRL+F
The National Security Institute Cyber and Tech Center at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School recently launched its new flagship podcast series, CTRL+F. CTRL+F provides listeners with a deep-dive into emerging technologies, the ever-evolving tech policy landscape, and the scientific breakthroughs reshaping our world.
Unleashing Innovation: Navigating Game Changing Technologies, CTRL+F’s first limited series, focuses on eight game changing technologies, including accelerated computing, generative AI, and quantum computing, and highlights how these technologies impact U.S. economic and national security interests. Each episode features two guests, a technical expert and an investor helping to fund these innovative technologies.
CTRL+F’s first episode features Dr. Eric Breckenfeld, Director of Technology at Nvidia, and Gilman Louie, CEO and Co-Founder of America’s Frontier Fund, as they delve into the power of accelerated computing—its potential to affect every sector of society and why it is important that the U.S. continues to dominate in this space. Upcoming episodes highlight tech leaders such as: Dr. Natasha Jaques, Senior Research Scientist at Google Brain and Professor of Computer Science at the University of Washington; Dr. Fiona Murray, Associate Dean of Innovation at the MIT School of Management; Michael A. Brown, Partner at Shield Capitol and former Director of the Defense Innovation Unit at the U.S. Department of Defense; and Ted Schlein, Co-Founder and General Partner at Ballistic Ventures.
