Peter deLacy is a founder of deLacy Associates LLC. He spent over 28 years in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as an Associate General Counsel in CIA’s Office of General Counsel and as a certified CIA Directorate of Operations officer. As a CIA operations lawyer, he provided legal guidance in support of priority US national security intelligence activities, including counterterrorism and covert action. His permanent overseas intelligence assignments included locations in Asia, Europe and North Africa. He served as the CIA’s faculty representative to the National War College and is a recipient of the George H. Bush Award for Excellence in Counterterrorism.
