Salman Husain

Salman Husain is a Vice President of Investment Banking at Aronson Capital Partners where he advises companies, boards of directors, and executive teams on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions processes.  His areas of expertise are Information Technology, C4ISR, Cybersecurity, and Defense Electronics for the U.S. Defense and Intelligence Community.

Prior to joining Aronson Capital Partners, Salman was an Associate at KippsDeSanto where he led and executed strategic alternatives and investment banking initiatives, including corporate finance, fairness opinions, and strategic planning, for companies in the aerospace, defense, and government services industry.

Salman has seven years of federal strategy and operations consulting experience at IBM Global Business Services, Accenture Federal Services, and ASET Partners where he led various projects to modernize IT platforms and increase operational efficiency.  His previous clients include the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the United States Postal Service, and the United States Census Bureau.

Salman received a BS in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
