Samantha Clark is currently the Senior Counselor at Palantir Technologies. Previously, she was General Counsel at Rebellion Defense. Prior to that, she was Of Counsel at Covington & Burling LLP. Samantha also served in a number of senior staff positions on the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee, including as Deputy Staff Director and General Counsel for Chairman John McCain. She is the recipient of the Navy Distinguished Public Service Award, the Air Force Distinguished Public Service Award, and the Navy Superior Service Award.

Samantha continues to serve as a Director of the Procurement Round Table and as a Senior Advisor for the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. She holds a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and a BA from Iowa State University where she was awarded the Wallace E. Barron All-University Senior Award.
