Sophie Wagner is a Program Assistant at the National Security Institute (NSI) at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School.  In this role, she manages NSI’s Fellows and Alliances programming and oversees the Executive Director’s schedule.

Sophie is a recent summa cum laude graduate from George Mason’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences with BAs in Global Affairs and French. Before joining NSI, she interned at the French Embassy and the World Affairs Councils of America. Sophie is currently pursuing a MA in Global Environmental Policy at American University’s School of International Service.

Sophie grew up in Rochester, NY. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, and exploring new coffee shops.
