Arlington, VA – The National Security Institute (NSI) at George Mason University is honored to announce its Fall 2025 class of Visiting Fellows. 

 

New Class of NSI Visiting Fellows 

NSI is proud to welcome its new class of Visiting Fellows, who bring expertise from government, industry, academia, and the nonprofit sector. As members of the Fellows network, they will advance NSI’s mission by contributing to national security debates, publishing scholarship and commentary, and engaging in events that connect policymakers, experts, and the public.

Scott Claffee – Managing Director, Complex Matters, Guidepost Solutions LLC

Karina Lipsman – Head of Government Relations, Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation

New Class of CTC Visiting Fellows 

NSI also added to its roster of CTC Visiting Fellows whose expertise spans technology, cybersecurity, and national security. These Fellows will play a key role in advancing the CTC’s mission by providing leadership, supporting actionable solutions to today’s cyber challenges, and engaging with policymakers on emerging technology issues.
